Teddy Bears were popular. As were rabbits, probably Easter or spring related.

Some cards showed husbands and wives. This photo was probably taken when Mary Pickford and Douglas Fairbanks were touring Europe Ida Wüst and her husband Bruno Kastner This photo was of Henny Porten's wedding day on July 24, 1921. Her husband is Wilhem von Kaufmann.

Other family members appeared too. Erna Morena and her child (a popular subject with theater star postcards). Anna May Wong with her sister Jackie Coogan touring Berlin became a series of postcards.

Sometimes celebrities who did not appear in movies together, showed up on postcards together. Mary Pickford and Anna Pavlova William S. Hart and Maurice Chevalier
